You tease! Looking forward to shots of the finished product. Do you have a spring compressor? I have the air tools and may consider doing the work myself... care to do a write-up or DIY on your experience.

Best,

It's one of the best purchases I've ever made.

Think of it this way, you could pay someone to slap on some springs, or you could buy the tools and do it yourself. You gain so much more!

rears are done...
... almost done with one front. Not taking pics of the process. It makes a long projecy like this take too long, but it's exactly the same as the e90. I did a DIY on e90post, way back in the day.

typing with mechanics gloves sucks, btw.

I've considered it many times, but never bit the bullet. Maybe when I get some better garage space.

All Done!

Took a bit longer than expected because getting the struts out from the fender without scratching the paint was tedious.

I have not driven it yet, but I did remove the alignment pins up front and it gave me about 3/4 of a degree additional negative camber... enough that I could put a 10mm spacer up there now.

Anyway, I'll SHADDAP and post pics. (yes, I know my wheels are filthy, but it's raining pretty hard outside)
