Yeah, I had full leathers, boots, and gloves. The bike has a bent shifter rod and some rash where it slid in to the gravel trap. Bike faired pretty well all in all. My helmet is completely busted, so I have to get a new one. Little more sore today, but in one piece

I'd say you are incredibly lucky too! Ditching your bike coming out of the bowl, smashing your helmet on impact and sliding down the tarmac, and you are "only" sore.

What club was running?

Ming, your people are wearing me out. Just like Andy, who's got time to post? I didn't even have time to drive 30 miles up 495 for dinner last week.

Well I did something today against my better judgement, I bought the dinan suspension. BUT before you rip on me this is why I did it...

a) shorter bumpstops for increased spring travel, a problem I had with eibachs
b) no more vorshlag camber plates thank god. solid metal noise contraptions.
c) only 1/2 drop so I dont have to raise my suspension larry style
d) rebound adjustable front and rear shocks (not the compress and adjust style) which dinan is the only tuner with this option
f) rear shock mounts included which increase spring travel in the rear.
g) everything was 15% off
h) I'm outta Class A!

well the good news is that it will be complete swap in the front. just remove and replace. should only take two hours. rear will be interesting as I have never removed a rear shock. I will install in time for september auto-x's.

My pops will be up for the NCR/CCA back to back weekend.
