Every man has its price. As long as one got deep pockets, only the sky is the limit: Laguna Seca Blue on an E46 M3 with an "Individual Programme" set of wheels (source: an M3 forum many years ago).

Well no deep pockets were needed with the E46 M3. LSB and PY were both available at no extra individual program premium.
