I just ordered these today actually, I believe i'm having the same issue as you so decided to start with spark plugs. 4$ more for two day air. 95$ shipping included.
Also don't forget you need a special tool for the spark plug change as well! Wanted to order everything from BMS but it shows they are out of spark plugs currently so that's why I went ECS, but I'd get the spark plug tool from them. http://www.ecstuning.com/BMW-E82-135...tion/ES257800/ http://www.burgertuning.com/N54_BMW_...t_adapter.html Unless you want to get it from ECS. http://www.ecstuning.com/BMW-E82-135...ools/ES199994/

I got mine from the dealer bc I had seen two posts (on the e90 forum) talking about a miss fire under load with new plugs. Turned out the non BMW/Bosch plugs caused it in those two cars. But there have also been lots of people who use spark plugs bought not from BMW.
I think even Amazon.com sells the aftermarket plugs cheap. $9 each. I went with BMW ones though. Read my DIY and also look at the e90forum DIY link in there. 135i Spark Plug replacement DIY... http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=602804 |

What is the Bosch number of the plugs you ordered? I used these bought from my dealer. I paid 16 euros each! And thats with a 20% off dicount! Spark plugs are $$$ over here. And the Bosch factory that makes them (only four in the world) is located right here in Bamberg! lol BMW 12 12 0 037 244 BOSCH ZGR6STE2 Amazon.com has the Bosch plugs for $12 each. Not sure of the quality though. http://www.amazon.com/Bosch-ZGR6STE2.../dp/B001C5Y3ZA Basically I did not want to do that job twice and have issues... so I bit the bullet and bought the high dollar plugs from my dealer. N54 Tuning seems to have the best pricing at the moment ($69 for 6pcs), but I am a bit confused. Maybe Mike can clarify.
The Bosch spark plug # is ZGR6STE2 per Dack and ESC. Mike, is this the same part number for your Bosch spark plugs? I only ask because ESC has the same Bosch spark plug # at two different prices. One marked BMW and the other OEM (Bosch).
