Do I need a camber kit?
Hello, I bought Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires sizes 255/35ZR18 for the rear and 225/40ZR18 for the front and I was wondering if I will need a camber kit for either just the rear or for all four tires. I have H&R Sport Springs #29187 which I haven't installed yet, I will install them when I install the tires and if so a camber kit. I have the 261 M-Sport rims which I will be using as well.
Thanks! |

When does one not need a camber plates?
If it's a question of fitment with your springs, you're fine. The rear can be adjusted to just around -3 camber, stock. The front is a different story and would require camber plates to get above -2. Fixed plates like Dinan plates will put you around -2.5. I'm ball parking numbers here since there's already a lot of threads on this. |
