How much wind noise is the 1er supposed to have?

I'm coming from an old toyota with tons of wind noise from every imaginable place.

While the 135i is much quieter than that car, I do notice a whoosh noise coming directly at me near the top of the front windshield once I reach around 80mph or faster. This is pretty much consistent.

I also notice a slight amount of noise which only happens occasionally, coming from the passenger side small rear window near the back seat.

Before I go paying to have someone check this out/purchasing seals, can someone tell me if this is normal or not? What are the causes and what should I look at to tell if any seals are bad?

Thanks!

Wind noise above 80 is pretty normal for our cars because of the frameless windows. All of my BMWs had wind noise above 80-100. If it's especially bad, you could try doing the window reset and see if that helps

You may have to adjust the door latch if they're leaking. Common problem

When I had wind noise from the side windows, I told my advisor as the car was under warranty and they replaced the seals. Noise came back ever so slightly on the one side and I did what the post above me shows and it went away.

Totally going try it. I'm always weary of messing with seals and such but if it can be done and reversed with no damage I'll give it a go. I've always been annoyed by the wind noise coming into the cabin at 75mph on a windy day, would love to see if this helps.
