Get it and crank it up to 85%. You'll love it. It gives the car the extra pep it needs. Probably the most reliable "tuner" that's out too. I've got a cousin has had jb+ on his e93 335i for 60k miles or more and he has original turbos and no rattle or issues.

I love my JB+ and can't wait for the day to get MHD Tune.
$100 is a bit steep I paid $120 2 years ago. The MHD Tune alone is $100 for the app. Currently have mine 75%. Never had an error code and using it with 91 Oct. |

The JB+ only really works on N54's. Guys who installed them on the early N55's... but then BMW came out with a SW update and the JB+ ceased to work. That's why BMS doesn't sell them anymore. Btw... you can run a JB+ up to +50% before it will throw a over boost code and ECL.

I bought one in December 2010 when I had my 2007 e92 335i (bought in June 2010). Sold the car in 2015. During that time, I had it, not a single problem whatsoever (only replaced spark plugs and ignition coils due to running higher boost at my 70,000km service). No check engine light, error messages, limp mode, loss of power, busted parts or anything. It was a very simple tune I bought for around 250 bucks when burgertuning advertised it back then (States it added 40to 60 whp more but they changed it to 30-50whp more when they released the jb4). It certainly pulled harder (not like your going into cyber space mode) but certainly a noticeable difference. It was pretty easy to install once you've done it (plugs into the TMAP sensor). Stock setting is at +2.5 psi (50%) but I eventually cranked it up to +3.25psi (75%). You can go max to +4.75psi (100%) but get some supporting mods like downpipe, intake and oil cooler.
There is also a company that had an identical tune to the JB+ called "Split second Tuning" which cost 3 times as much and had exactly the same dial and setting. For 100 bucks, that is the cheapest tune you can get and best value for your dollar. A full tank of 98 RON fuel will cost you that much anyway. There's a few video clips on YouTube with people running the JB+ on a stock car and dyno numbers if you are interested. |

I rocked jb+ for months. Ease of install vs what you get out of it is well worth 100. If you go into more mods then you can snag up Accessport or jb4, but not everyone goes that route.
