Interesting that you went for Comfort Access -- I'm not sure that's an option I'd choose (Don't see the point; I think I'd rather pay a little more and get BMW Assist or heated front seats...) But to each their own.

Don't sweat missing out on the TT, the 128i has more interior space, and will no doubt out-handle the front wheel drive platform of the 2.0 TT.

Did you get a good deal?

Every thread has a debate about Comfort Access. Once you get it you never look back, people that have never had it on a BMW don't miss it and usually don't want it.

I love my comfort access and wouldnt of changed that option for the life of me, it was funny too. We I was trying to cut costs my CA said to ditch comfort access and then the general manager said put it back. I'm glad he did.

I don't kno if i got a good deal cuz when i ordered the prices of 09's were not released, but he included comfort access, ipod and USB adapter and rear parking for free. When i ordered i made it clear to him that there is no way I am going to pay the MSRP written. So after getting $1300 worth of free options and paying less than MSRP I would think it is a good deal.

Congratulations! I have the Crimson Red and I really love the color! I have had so many great compliments on it from youngsters to older people (like me). I think you will be very happy with the car. One of the great things about these cars is that you make it YOUR car when you order it with your unique combination of options. I doubt you will ever run across another 1 with exactly the same color/options, so enjoy the uniqueness. I got the 135 as my one last FAST car and it certainly is that. However, I suspect that the next time around I will order a 128 with sport package if gas keeps going up like it has recently. But I am enjoying the POWER for now. LOL
Be sure to post some pictures when it comes in.

It's probably more useful if you have the premium package or power seats as a stand alone option. That way you can program the keys independently to set your seats to whomever is driving, no?

Raman, how did you manage a 9/4 production date? I ordered my 128i convertible on 8/26, and I'm being told that mine will be produced in week 39 (which I believe is 9/28)!

So it sort of makes sense but if someone could tell me how long does it takes to deliver once its done from prod. (my order # at BMW site does not work for some reason) I have to call the 800# to get info. My ca told me I will prob get the car by the end of sept. or 1st week of october
