Stiffer Exhaust Hanger Options

Hello all, I recently installed a Berk Race axleback. I also have VRSF dps and n55 mids with a vibrant resonators.

I have attached a picture of where I believe a rattle/knocking sound I hear when going over bumps is coming from.

Before bringing it to an exhaust shop to get welding done, I would like to try using stiffer exhaust hangers. The only issue I have is I have had no luck googling aftermarket stiffer exhaust hangers for the e82.

Please let me know if anyone has had recommendations/good experiences with stiffer exhaust hangers. Thanks!

Not sure if it helps or not. My berk mids where knocking on the brace under the car. I used a worm clamp around the rubber hanger, tightened it, and it brought it up enough to clear/stop making noise.

There's a fair amount of interchange between 1M and 135i hangers. The 1M exhaust is pretty mobile so a few people have purportedly have had success with this one - https://www.amazon.com/TORQUE-SOLUTI.../dp/B007IQ4N9I
I have one sitting in the garage (still uninstalled) but it seems much stiffer than the OEM as well as the E92 M3 hangers.

Wierdest thing ever... The nut for this bracket has backed off the diff 3x on me. I keep having to buy new nuts... I even have a new diff now and it still just happened again today.

No clue how to stop it from happening

That pic makes it look strangely red

Yeah, loctite works well, especially in areas that have as much vibrations such as in the drivetrain and the exhaust...
