Bilstein HD broke by hand
Mechanic is installing a set a bilstein HDs and just let me know that the lower threaded rod that goes into the rear lower control arm snapped while tightening by hand. The bilsteins were purchased with about 1000 miles on them form another forum member. i have the receipt to show they were purchased from tire rack in February of this year. Lightly used or not, doesn't this seem crazy??
