BMW 219m / 260m Wheels
Hi All,
I've been looking everywhere to find a set of 18" 219m / 260m style wheels, but I can't seem to find anything that will fit... Trying to find a set in the following size: Front: 18x8.5 / Rear: 18x9.5 Does anyone know where I can find a set to fit my 135i Coupe?? I found the following but from what I understand the offset is too low? eBay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/18-GUNMETAL-...#ht_3541wt_948 eBay: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/18-STAGGE...ht_3508wt_1299 **********s: http://www.**********s.com/BMW-Style-260-M3-Wheels.htm Spoke to **********s. According to them they won't fit. Plus, they no longer stock these. Pictures for reference: Pics from here: http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=460100 Thanks!! |

That red Dörr Motorsport 135i car had some serious fender work done to it to make those M3 wheels work. I also think that car had the full M3 suspension bits too plus lots of "other" mods. Its just your "basic" 80K euro 1er in red.

I figured that the red 135i had stuff done to make the wheels fit. But, there must me a set of replica wheels out there?? Someone somewhere must make a set that fits...

Wizzz, I'm also looking for a set of the same wheels. I'm willing to do some guard work + a little bit of stretch to make them fit.
I previously had my eyes on the E46 M3 18" wheels but after seeing how nice the 260m's can turn out on a BSM 135i, I'm going to wait the extra 'few' months for a set to pop up =) Those ebay ones look awfully tempting though! |

Yeah, it has a wide body kit to make those wheels fit. Even with rolling our fenders, camber plates, spacer.. those wheels will never fit the 1 series. And I haven't seen anyone makes replicas of these wheels in 1 series offsets, so...

What do you think? OEM or replica? If OEM, that fitment looks pretty good hey (going by pic 4)! Looks like it had coilovers too... do you want to visit the auction for us and check out those wheels? |

No worries, having dealt with them before in the past and for a stat write off they won't bother checking small things like tyre and wheel size... it's all sold as is. I'm guessing this car will be bought by a local wrecker, so keep your eyes peeled when driving around those industrial areas |
