By the way, does anyone of you experiencing this problem with your new E90.
When I am at a full stop and let off of my brakes, it takes a second or so for them to release. It is almost as if they are sticking.

Yes I do..... Actually I think it's the "soft stop" function which BMW hasn't perfected the software yet

It actually make the car more jerky sometimes

Hey, question for people in HK.
I can now display the sound name in MP3 after I set the system to use Japanese. However, If I push the "track" buttom to try to display MP3 ID Tag, it display garbage in Japanese.
I notice If I am playing WMA file, the WMA tag show up ok. but MP3 Tag never work (I try both Tag V1.1 and V2, samething).

Anyone know how does it work?

It will be wonderful if you can represent our hk meet gang to support the coming UK meet

if you are free , pls try to be there as it took a long time for Viv to get the UK meet sorted out. take more phtoos!

actually i love the pause of the e90 brake, may be it is a sw inperfection , i just take it as a nice 'reminder' that I am releasing my foot. i actually find this useful when I am stoppping at a slope as it seems the car will not slip backward as like the conventional braking system. whatever that is normal.

i guess you just have to try a few more sample files. even chinese and japanese have more than one characters encoding format. i thought there might be nothing to do with tag versions.

Personally, I find the brake very difficult to modulate. If you release too much, the car will slip, due to soft-stop releasing brake pressure. Too hard, and the car will stop abruptly. Very fine line to stop the car smoothly. :mad:
Do you know what, I’ll give the brakes a few hundred miles more to settle and if it starts to get me, I may complain to the dealer just to see what they make of it.

One thing that I have to say I don't like the new floppy windscreen wipers! They are bendy rubber with no support strip and they aren't as smooth in operation as the old style. They are also noisier.

beefy, my E90's brake was sort of like that when I took delivery of the car. Now after driving it for around 500km, the brake is getting better.

btw, the body rolling issue was resolved after my friend set the pss9 shocks , all 4 shcoks to 2nd highest stiffness. Now I have another a E90 with C55 feel
