N54 Catless DP Emissions Question

Here in Colorado (my part of the state, anyway) we have the mobile sniffers mainly stationed on the freeway onramps. I pass one at least once every 2 months. On one of my last renewals (my 2004 4Runner IIRC) I didn't have to go to the emissions station because I passed one of the mobile sniffers. Thus, no visual inspection or OBD-II connection was required for annual registration.

My question: can the N54 pass the mobile sniffer test with just the midpipe cats?

My plan is to go catless DP's (biggest HP gain with lowest cost), and retain the stock N54 mids.
