Is this a good deal?

I dont know how much bargaining that they will do, but relatively low miles for what I am looking for. Some people tell me for an extra 4k I can just get a new one but with stuff like that your always increasing your budget and next thing you know you ended up paying like 10-12 more than you expected. Just wanted to know what you guys think. thanks

You answered your question on different thread. CPO is worth $1500-2000. Very good dealer here in Seattle.
