TV Enabled While Driving

Has anyone here purchased this product:
TV Freischaltung

Its purpose is to get around the "feature" that BMW have for I-Drive cars with television - when you take the car out of "Park", the TV picture is disabled.

Just interested if there is anyone who has dealt with the vendor and whether the gadget actually works ...

Sounds like drivers in Australia are as unattentive as US drivers.
