Yes but did it pass because of the o2 sensor fix? Ie if somebody sticks a sniffer up my exhaust pipe will I pass or fail?

I don't think there is an o2 sensor "fix" on the catted DPs since the o2 sensors should be functional and working since they are plugged into the cats.

What is the difference between these cats and the ones CP-E offers on their catted 3" DP's? I'm in the market and am trying to decide which way to go, I trust both AR Design and CP-E as I have used their products before, but I haven't seen anyone post results or reviews on either of their Catted DP's.

^there are cats on the market that are just to reduce the smell and don't actually pass emmisions tests. Magnaflow sells them and being as the cats in the ar pipes are magnaflow it's a question worth asking

I passed emissions here in Colorado with flying colors with our catted downpipes. Emissions output was near identical to OEM.

Correct. No DP Fix at all was needed to pass here in Colorado, and I had zero CEL issues with my 2007, pre 29.2 car.

Any idea about the post 29.2 135's with the catted DP's being CEL free yada yada? I see its said "checking" or somethin on the site about that for a long time now, any word? Bought my 135 in March of 2010, build date I believe was late 09-early 2010, so not sure...Id like to get these, but not if theres a chance of CEL's or emissions failure, etc.

Any idea of what the difference in restriction is between the catted ones and the uncatted ones?

It really depends on the car and software. Some have no issues, some require a DP FIX. Bmw has made the software MUCH more sensitive.

Would be interested in some concrete info here on that cuz this pretty much stands in my way of getting these in the future. I dont wanna mess with anything in the ECU box for sure. Catted downpipes, shouldnt be an issue? Anyway to tell what software would set off a CEL?
