Ok now wait a minute naysayers...What is truly wrong with have lambo style doors? It is not a mod that is easily seen right? I mean you have to be opening the door so how would anyone know? Just saying....its different than a set of ugly wheels that are immediately noticeable.

Helllll no...LOL. My next mod is the Vorsteiner Hood (painted except for slats) and then my search for a true plug-in FMIC (that will fit the Performance bumper).

IMO lambo doors are named after lambos for a reason. If they were suppose to be on the BMW, then they would have been called bimmer doors.
I said no mainly because our car is not a "hypercar" plus I could think of numerous mods I would rather do for $1500. Yes, no one will see your doors...so if no one will see your doors then whats the point of having them? Lambo doors are mainly for show in the first place. Its functions aren't nearly as practical as normal doors. |

These doors are called "butterfly" doors and by no means these are unique to lamborghini cars.
I find it is probably just as silly putting these on a 1series coupe as 20"wheels or an ///M3 badge. and its not $1500, its in euros. peace

In addition, if its 1500 euros then its even more expensive than I had originally thought so it should be even less practical. I'm coming from a practical point of view. I would understand if they were for show. My point being is they're not practical if they're not for show which is why I didn't get why you would want them? Then again, to each his own. Its just my opinion anyways, by no means would you have to listen to it. |

It is silly for an everyday driver to be doing this I agree. As far as a show car is concerned that is a different thing...just IMHO. (Used to go to bimmer-shows in Germany and saw this sort of thing all the time...got pics if anyone wants to see them as well...lots of pics that will make some of you: |

Ahhh the Essen motor show? That one always had a lot of debauchery. I may have photos as well. My favorite is leather EVERYWHERE (even the wheels).

@HondaGoneRogue: No not that one...I mean the actual BMW Clubs around Germany...each region has their own Car Meets/Shows...Check out BMW-Syndikat.de (my old club) it is in German but they have the translator button. The guy who founded the club (Jogi/Juergen) has a E39 with...guess what? Yep lambo doors....LOL...only in the front though!I also have a photo of an Apple Green E30 pick-up truck (no joke).
