Uni = Sea urchin roe that you will find in Japanese sushi cuisine.

My favorite eating style is to put a lot of uni on top of rice. I call it uni-don. :biggrin:

uni is actually sea urchin testicles, not eggs.

i'm a pretty adventurous eater but learned the hard way to ask first when in asian restaurants. they eat some crazy stuff.
