Fitment is 100% on the bumper, due to LTBMW using a stock bumper to mold this one. Excuse the dirty car, didn't have time to get it washed. We also didn't put in all the trim at the bottom since it is time intensive but it all bolts up perfectly fine.
Cooler what happened to the pics!! We are on suspense here

In looking closer I've noticed a few design "flaws" here.. Although they've altered the lines to make them curve down they don't follow the curve of the lights (look at real 1M or even the End.cc on previous page) and that same seam appears to go in a straight line across the front of the bumper rather than curve around it.. Again look at real bumper or end.cc that said it still looks fantastic but I just wanted to point those things out before full production started

I haven't spoken to Long yet about the redesign but I'm thinking that was a style preference to differentiate themselves from the competition. Still has the curved line to make it look better but instead of following what everyone else did they made it go a little different.

Something you also have to consider, one of the reasons why the curved crease under the headlights don't match the crease on the real 1M is because the front bumper on a real 1M is wider than the bumper on a 135i, being that the 1M is wider than a 135i. And being that they used a real 1M bumper combined with a real 135i bumper to make this, there are going to be little differences to make them work together.

Hmm that makes sense but look at the end.cc bumper.. Also if you look at the space between the air duct and the seam under the light it's narrower than the 1M and the end.cc.. Again im just helping troubleshoot.. Either way I love the look..

Lol mine is pretty dirty as well except the bumper since it was cleaned.

Find a bikini car wash going on and we should go get our cars washed there!

Still doesnt look right, it seems like they just took the existing bumper and created a curve at the end of it. Just look at the picture side by side with the 135 bumper.

OEM 1m bumper in black

Performance bumper in black

It's clear that the 1m bumper and the performance bumper share the same curve under the headlights.

Yes, your bumper has that infamous curve now but, it still doesnt look like the 1m bumper.

Edit: again, sorry for the different sized pictures, I'm just using my phone again. Btw, the headlights on that regular 135 looks sick!

Yeah the curve comes down a bit too far but like I said it does look good. I don't know how difficult it is to sort out the curve situation to more replicate the 1M and performance bumpers cause I do think they look a bit better. Keep us posted with updates and eta's on completion.

Great work so far!!

Maybe they should make the mold using the BMW performance bumper and the 1M?

Pricing isn't announced yet. But a group buy will be made.

As I have stated LTBMW decided to make their curve different from the 1M bumper curve and the other companies to differentiate their bumpers. They made the previous version before and then saw that adding a curve will make it look better which it does so they added a slightly different curve to it. The bumper will not be remade to look like everyone else's 1M bumper.

I like that it isn't an exact replica. I guess my Kerscher front lip will be going up FS in the market once this is available.

That's what I've been saying.
This bumper is just going go look like a replica and a replica only.
Of course its not going to look exactly like the OEM 1m bumper because its not going to be wide, but at least make it as close as possible. And from the look of this bumper its one step closer but still not close enough.

As I've already stated the reasons above the bumper will not be changed. If you want an exact replica bumper then you can call LTBMW and they will combine any two bumpers you want and even engrave PlannBee into it if you so desire. This bumper will be made like this and priced competitively.

I'm just stating my opinion, no need to shed any anger towards a fellow forum member. I'm just a bimmer enthusiast just as you are. The only difference between us two is you actually have a 1er and I just keep on dreaming to own one. So at the moment I wouldn't need a custom made bumper with my name engraved into it. Thanks for the idea though.

None yet, this is a big project since LTBMW has to mass produce these bumpers for the price to be very competitive. So there are alot of hurdles involved before production starts.
