Spring Rates for BC Racing Coilovers

Hey guys, I'm looking at ordering a set of BC Racing BR type Coilovers and wondering what spring rates people here are running.

Standard are 8k fronts and 12k rears according to BC Racing.

This is a DD, with 3-5 lapping days per year, so I don't need the stiffest suspension, but since custom spring rates upgrades are included in the price, figured I might go up a bit.

I haven't been able to find reviews for the e82 on different spring rates.

If there isn't much, I may just stick with standard rates.

If it's a dual duty car I'd stick with those rates.
I have 7kg front, 12kg rear on my ohlins, works well on road and track.
