Its not a normal Street setup though is it. It's a drag car that's theoretically capable of driving to and from. And drag radials are not what people think of when you say 'radials' in a discussion about racing a street car.

maybe in a straight line

Lets see how it goes around corners with that setup.

LoL maybe in a straight line.
But if you put it like that, a stock wrx will out handle a 135 :-)
And that's cause I have gone from a late model STI to a 135i.

Good luck fitting those to our cars
If you want to get really serious about the drag racing AD engineering has a small brake kit so you can fit 15inch rear wheels.
Then get some slicks with a proper sidewall.

Kind of ruins the track day plans though

Nah it's not a drag car, as I said before I'm there for tuning purposes only and to go fast too

If a break a record or two in the process then even better

Got a new flash today from trebila

Wow f'en Wow

Trebila
Jd75 your a champion with your technical and tuning help
Pete from ADVAN Performance, your a bloody legend.

Trebila is a guru in tuning and has been patient with me, as I'm anal about
how the car runs

Something about the 1M that's different when it comes to tuning

It makes the same power and much less boost than most cars.

The power delivery is so smooth and pulls like a freight train.

I could see this latest tune break another record.

Very nice!

Can you explain more about what you mean with more power and much less boost?

Friend has just run a 7.9@180Mph in full street trim VL Calais on Radials :-)
And another has gone 6.80@213 Plus Mph on a Radial also ;-)
If you think the drag "radials" those cars use are the same as a street radial then I'm not sure you understand.

Unless they are bias ply slicks then drag strip prep won't really help you. Ask the ANDRA staff at the track to explain and show you.

Looked into it and it can cause problems with the jb4's boost control

so its either mhd or jb4 but not both

I'll try a new link. That 300rwkws was enough to go 11 sec flat
