will these headlight fit my e82 coupe?
I'm looking to do the european headlight swap.
My car is 128i with just halogens. Will this headlight fit my e82? Part number: 63 12 6 924 487 Also is it just the headlights I need to do the swap? I think it would be a lot simpler since I have no xenons but I'm still not sure. AND will it matter if the lights came from RHD car? since they are halogens with no adaptives? Thank you! It WIll matter if they are for RHD vs LHD since the shape of the light on the road is different on the two.

RHD versus LHD does matter because they will cast there light on the road opposite. Xenon lights can be made to work on a non xenon cars rather simply. a ground on the wiring harness needs to be tapped and if you are using oem ballast, you will need a parachute kit (or recoding) to prevent bulb out warnings.
If your going to upgrade your hallogen housings, might as well upgrade to projector lenses and angel eye. they look cooler and give you the option for xenon later. I managed to get two (1 pair) for total 600 (adaptive headlight housings). found 1 on ebay and the other through auto vulture. |

but I remember bunch of thread discussing about the
halogen to xenon conversion and ended up concluding that it is very expensive period. also I'm very bad with cars... and have very little knowledge... any advice? |

Why would you make a statement like this.... If it is a factory BMW part it will fit fine.....
