I had a great experience. The process was very easy. I recommend asking for Eddy if you plan on buying your BMW there.

No, the dealer has the same name as the stores, it's call Sears BMW although the owner change recently and they are going to call it Twin Cities BMW soon.

I like Twin Cities better. Nothing worse then telling your friends that you bought a car at 'Sears'.
