These are completely plug and play for cars with paddles/steptronic. The paddles themselves are machined aluminum and have a much better look, as well as feel/action to them. The swap takes 20 minutes total, simple mod HUGE difference when driving the car. There are pictures below to show the fitment with the sports wheel (and M Sport), they DO indeed securely bolt right up.

These are brand new, never installed. Price is shipped in the Cont US, Paypal preferred. Parts are located in the US, check feedback if necessary.

1 x Rocker-type shift lever (left) 61317840476 - $312.95
1 x Rocker-type shift lever (right) 61317840477 - $312.95
2 x Oval head screw (M5X22MM) - 32346759915 - $2.41

The small gap won't be visible once the airbag and steering wheel trim are in place. The pins on the front of the paddle align with the corresponding holes in the sports wheel and the bolt secures the paddle completely.

These will fit the 1er, as they share steering wheels with the 3 series.
