E87 118i Half yellow engine light

Had the car for less than two months and the half yellow engine light has came on, I got it scanned and it came on with these codes:

002A70, 002A67 and 002A6B.

Before the car wouldn't go limp if I let it sit for around 20 mins in between turning it on and off, now its always stuck in limp mode. Not sure if this is related to the issue, but it seems like its leaking oil or its burning it as I have smoke coming from my exhaust.
