e81 front bumper misalligned

Title says it all but a quick explanation.
Last week some guy in an suv reversed into my car an hit it with his tow hook, from the damage that was done, i think her ended up on top of my hood. Bought a new hood and installed it but the gap between the hood and the bumper is now 1cm+ ( pretty visible ). Ive checked the nubs on the hood itself to make sure it just wasnt place too high. I think my bumper got lowered, also it has an m pack to clarify a bit more.

Anyone ever experienced this and could give me some pointers what to look out for.
