Nice one Kris! Our cars will be identical (even the same options!) except I have the grey poplar trim. It will be interesting to see who gets theirs first - I got mine through BMW Sydney and have been told May delivery.

Ha! They are too Great minds think alike - we'll have to take them for a spin one night! I can't really think of any other options I'd like. I was disappointed that seat 'cooling' wasn't an option. I think in Australia we need that more than seat heating - my boss' lexus has seat cooling, its great.

Alpine White seems the most popular color, I saw a new M3 in white and it looked hot!

I think the dealer mentioned that June would be a worst case, but I'm happy for then...

I need to sell my car now, what are you guys doing in between sale/delivery? My dealer said to let him know if my car is sold as they can 'work something out' in regards to a car in the mean time

Do dealers do that?? I've never brought a brand new car before! :roundel:

Usually not, unless they can't deliver on time. If they can work something out, that might be a good sign! You might have to pay something though.

Otherwise, you will have to either catch the bus or train. (Or buy my car to use in the interim time )

I don't have the same problem Kris. I have more cars than space at the moment. Probably trade in the Golf GTI before the 135i comes. I can't be bothered advertising and stuff...

WAY, send a car my way Well I can't either but the dealer hasn't given me the price I want as a trade so I have no choice but to sell. We already have a Audi A3 , so theres no enough room for 3 cars or budget!

The Aston is gathering dust. You want to use that? Not! Actually the GTI doesn't get used either at the moment...

Don't start Kris. I have heard that one before. I told Mdt yesterday that I will get rid of my Aston later this year if my back is no better, probably when I pick up the AMG. His response was that I probably can't drive the AMG either so why bother.

Day 3/4 video of the MWorks trip across US (Youtube) suggested the seats were great, and the guy doesn't look that small.
