Do they bolt up on the 135i or is it a cut/clamp?

Yes, this component set is basically from the ELATE series $$$$$ (MT23 Tweeter and MX22 Crossover) The 4" mid driver is the Morel Hybrid Ovation II which fits perfectly in the doors w/ the accompanied ring. I truly want to keep these. I just do not think the factory system can push these and I vowed to not take this car apart. If they do not sell I will hang on to them and maybe use the tweeters.
