How much are tickets? I'll be in Miami over the weekend and seriously tempted to make a trip to Daytona and see this bad boy! May be fully sold if there are tickets with paddock/pitlane privileges so I can see it up close and personal.

$45/$59 looks like... http://www.daytonainternationalspeed...t-Daytona.aspx The last time I went there, was back on 1994. What I liked is that you can drive onto the infield and park your car there. The BMW club will have a little get together there... then you can walk all over the track, paddock and grand stands. We just took naps in our car late thru the night. The back of teh pit area was open to spectators... you just could not go INTO the pit area. Basically you can walk all over the place with a general pass. You just are not allowed into the driver's/race truck paddock or in the pit area. But its pretyy cool walking around the entire track while the race is going on and seeing all the 24h sights.
