As just mentioned in my post on the emblem thread, but I got these as well and am thoroughly happiy in the quality and apprearance of the product. Substantial improvement IMO.

No problems at all. Only one bolt you need to remove

That's correct the gloss black paint 100% matches the OEM window and mirror trim.
