i am used to shipping big parts from all over the world into Israel, since we dont realy have anything available for the 1ers here, so i ordered parts like a cf roof, bonnet and such, usually cost me around 600-800 per part [bonnet was 650 via air]

lightweight trunk finished.
all oem internal strengthening elements were reproduced. nd it fits excellent on the body, without hammer and rasp. and most interesting part 3 kilo/ 6.61lbs and it still has enough strength, not like carton fiber . thanks bmw engineers for their internal frame design. we've made this for using with our custom mounts (so no oem mounts), we will fit large spoiler later. |

Would be interested in Carbon front wings/fenders, doors and rear quarters - are these full replacement pieces? or rear quarter overlays? shipping to the uk if possible.

i think you can find answers on previous pages previous tracktool rear quarters mounted on structural glue, like carbon roof for example. we've made molds of rear quarters from brand new oem rear quarters, so they are 100% the same. now we also made second version of our e82 hood - now it fits excellent with fenders (check it's side edges on pics), and hood vents location also corrected (previous version had 1.5-2cm offset) for excellent fitment over s65 engine in e82 engine bay (air inlet location). even inner frame was made with correct design, for excellent fitment on m3 e92 interior air filters. about 5.5 kg weight. we've tried to make really hi end quality product - so even hinge fixings were CNC machined from aircraft aluminum for maximum lightweight and effectiveness - only 40 gram per side, with a maximum surface area for safety fixing . i'll post some pics of them later. i've checked - we can ship front wings and doors already, but i still cant find good solution for rear quarters (they have huge size). but you have really more chances, due to UK location . if you have real interest, pm me please. i'll find the way, to ship all this parts to europe. |

Am I correct that you haven't been able to sell those rear quarters yet? I am certain they would be massive in the US. Just to not have to have the whole section is a huge bonus.

and it's a LOT cheaper, if we will ship few sets together (cause we can place 3-5 quarters in each other easily). they have huge size but weight nothing. due to their huge size we can ship them only to business address and they need to go with custom clearance.
