The Catch:
I put down multiple security deposits to drop the lease monthly payment - $3,150 total. This will be returned to the lessee at the end of the lease BUT I need my security deposit back.
So, if someone takes over the lease, it's Lease Assumption + $3,150. Again... this will be returned to you at the end of the lease assuming that no abnormal wear and tear is found at the turn-in inspection (standard lease stuff).

The car is flawless! Unmolested mod-wise and not a single rock chip, parking lot ding or scratch. Wheels are in perfect shape with no curb rash. Oil was changed at 2,100 miles using an oil change kit from Tischer BMW (BMW synthetic oil, filter, O rings and crush washer). She gets regular washes and pampering.

Reason for selling... the 1M has really gotten my attention and I'm testing the waters on the interest in my 135i.

How quickly are you looking complete a transaction?

As far as the transaction timing, there's a lot of speculation as to when the 1M's will be built and delivered. I still don't have a confirmed allocation so, the further out, the better. Plus, the payoff amount keeps going lower with each monthly payment that I make.
However, if someone were interested right this minute, I'm sure something can be worked out.
