Richard your car is on the Taronga not the Talia. The Taronga is coming to Aus via the States. It is currently en route to Panama, and is due in Brisbane on 21/4/08.

Sorry d3syd, I had the wrong VIN number it should read WBAUC72050VF18445 and yes it is arriving on the Talia . I even got the dates wrong with that!

Rich, looks like your car will be one of the first to hit Aussie soil, definitely on track for a 19 May delivery I'd say. As for me, I think I missed the first boat and I doubt that 19 May will be possible for mine. More likely end of May or early June

Put a deposit back in August and the car was ordered first week of January. Have a great salesman at Motorline in Bris who was on the ball.

Hang on, how did you figure that? The first lot to be released in mid May will be more than those from the first shipment. In fact the ones from the first shipment would arrive in Australia in early April!

Hi Guys..My dealer in Sydney gave me a April Built with 1st week of June Deivery..They are having their official launch about the 18th May..

Hi Everyone,
My first post on the "home thread". I've ordered my 135 this week. The dealer says that to be safe I should expect a 30 June delivery. Does this sound about right to those in the know? The anticipation is killing me already. I'll have no hair or nails left by then!

I haven't been given a definite date as yet, but I know mine's on the April production line. I'm hoping for mid to late June, so yeah, this sounds about right.

I hear ya, I've b1tten my na1ls down to the qu1ck, and all I can th1nk about 1s gett1ng my damn car!!

Prof., the dealer will have that info as soon as your car has come off the production line. The you have to wait for it to get loaded on a ship (that's where I'm at now), then the long voyage of around 40 days (to Melbourne), then the wait to get through customs etc, then the wait to transport the car to the dealer. Hope your hair and nails grow fast!!

I ordered mine right at the beginning of March, just got production confirmed for May which means a July delivery. You'd have to get in the April production to get it in June which means you jumped me in the queue! Be prepared for a July drive away date.
