CPO Tire Warrenty?

Bought my 135 as a CPO less than a year ago. My front driver side tire has a buldge indicating seperation of the tire layers...is this something that would be covered? Have about 31K miles

Unfortunately no Tires are considered a wear and tear item. Plus being a year old the tires are towards the end of their life anyways.

I figured as much, but figured I would ask seeing as the plys of the tire seperating is not what I would consider "normal" wear and tear.

Technically no tire should bubble but they do from time to time after many miles and temperature changes.

Most common reason for a bulge in the sidewall like that is that the sidewall got pinched on a curb, or pothole damage.
