Either package includes option - 840 Increased top speed limiter of 250 kph. Cars without these two option packages have the speed limiter set to 210 kph.

Try this decoder for your car and see if you have the top speed delimiter. IIRC its either 135 or 155 depending on options: http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=829706

It's option S840A on mine.

Your speed limiter is probably kicking in

Speed limiter gets removed with jb4 backend flash. I'd do that for a number of reasons.

Run it on the stock map or uninstall it and see what it does, as long as you can do that in a safe area. I don't see tires causing that much of an issue with the speedo being off, yes the speedo will be off but not that much. Its not like a gear swap on a motorcycle.

Still, 130 mph is fast enough.

sure but there are other uses for cars. I'd argue 90mph is enough for daily driving really. But we bought these cars instead of camrys for a reason.

Not yet...will try on map 0 ...i didnt know it exist some kind of mpack...always thought mpack speed limiter is higher

doesn't the fact that he was able to exceed 130 when stock mean the car doesn't have a speed limiter?
