How do you care your Carbon Fiber parts?

What product do you use and how often do you use them? Your input is great appreciated. I currently have a CF rear spoiler on my e90, i would like to keep it as shine as possible.

Thanks

Armor all? I had a CF kit in my previous car and never really had to do any cleanings to it.

I have heard people saying that you will need to polish your CF part in order keep it shine. I just dont know if any product out there is just for CF or just use regular wax to polish it
