Oil inside intake manifold
Ok so I've installed my DISA intake manifold yesterday by following this great write-up made by Stig ! It took me about 2hrs in total and job can be easily done by anybody with minimal mechanical skills.
Now, in my old intake manifold I've noticed an important quantity of oil !! I would like to know if it is normal or there is problem somewhere.... Here is the oil quantity that went down after my intake manifold was sitting on the floor for 30min....

I am not saying this is 100% what is wrong, just a good place to start. |

Mmm looks like money to me lol. How can we do a oil catch can on a N52? I can just go find a off brand and mount it somewhere. A catch can is a catch can.

It's normal. I mean you don't want a ton of oil in there but mine probably had a cup or two when i swapped.
edit: now that i think about it, it was probably half a cup. The only reason i noticed it is because it spilled onto the driveway. It wasn't nearly two cups.

Crankcase vent. Crankcase has an oil mist in the gas, sometimes it finds it way to the intake manifold.

If I remeber correctly, people were installing catch cans on N/A s2000's for this same reason. It's been awhile and I've had many cars after the s2000, so I may be mistaken.
