Did you purchase the product directly or through one of their vendors? I don't know if this is the right place for your product/customer issues regarding Mad Dad. Email is the best way to reach them. Perhaps sending an email from another account if you suspect your other emails went to a spam folder.

Directly from Mad Dad. I finally got an Email from Rich yesterday. He will be sending me a cheque. The Key is to be patient with Rich, in the end he is a good guy and I would be happy to do business with him again.
