Delivery Day Pics! - 135i Sport, Taupe 'ette, Walnut Burl, iDrive, Step

Took delivery today of my Alpine White 135i with Sport package, Steptronic, Taupe leatherette, Walnut burl trim, Nav/iDrive.

Pics available at http://www.flickr.com/photos/lien/se...7604262659380/

The more I drive this thing, the better it gets. Short wheelbase makes it very tossable, and eager to rotate. That's what stuck in my mind most as I drove for ~60 miles today.

wow, those are pretty good pictures... NICE COLOUR CHOICE! I love the grey/wood/white combo, it really gives this car a totally different twist; more elegant. Someone said it before, are ALL 135is gorgeous??? also, thanks for the shot with a person in the back seat... (not that I will ever be in there though he he he)

How tall are you to have the driver seat in the position that it was with Wendy in the back seat? Looks like she had just enough room.

I am 5'11", but probably sit closer to the wheel than most people. I also like my back rest relatively upright.

If you check out the picture with the side view of the interior, you can see my seat position.

Very nice and thank you helped me decide on interior... I am going for the taupe letherette with gloss black. I was going to go with black but looking at a 328 with the black it seemed kinda a washed out black not deep enough. Enjoy!

Finally, someone with Taupe Leatherette. I am thinking about getting Taupe. What are your impressions overall? Does it seem like it will stain or show wear more than black?

Tough to tell at this point. I would venture to guess that the taupe will show more scuff marks, stains, etc., but maybe won't show long-term wear as readily as black 'ette will.

I think that, ultimately, black may be the better choice in terms of wear. I just don't like all-black interiors, personally.

I know, right! It's retarded to want a long lasting, low maintenance interior AND have NAV.

Don't be a prick--his car is nice.
