BMW Performance Part Prices
If people could please come forward and share the price they have paid for any Performance parts it would give me something to go by when I'm pushing for a deal. I've looked at getting some parts from overseas but after paying for shipping costs and the poor exchange rate we don't end up saving a great deal of money so I'm just going to go through a dealership.
These are the best prices I've received so far (not incl. labour) Black Kidney Grills $198 Carbon Fibre Spoiler $986 Carbon Fibre Mirror Caps $1140 Carbon Fibre Diffuser $3200 Side Skirts (painted & fitted) $1400 The dealership has mentioned that if I purchase them together they'll do a deal though. CF rear diffuser $3200...WOW.. Last year it was $2550..what a jump..
I contacted a CF performance manufacturer in Sydney and he quoted me around $800 to copy the performance diffuser.. All I have to do is give him my standard diffuser for the fit/size and measurements/pix of the BMW CF diffuser. That was last year and I just haven't done anything about it.. |

I got all my stuff from Andrew; he was waayyy under BMW's prices. Having said that I know the prices have risen since I last bought.
I paid (all genuine BMW Performance parts): CF Mirrior caps - $320 ea CF spoiler - $740 Grilles - $130 pair CF defuser - $2500 (quoted, but did not buy) Short shift kit - $625 Side skirts - $795 (plus painting; I'd fit myself). I would rather get these parts from Andrew. He's a stand up guy, know's what he's talking about. My local BMW dealer know's nothing about the performance parts. Plus Andrew has always sent my stuff up to Sydney and has always delivered on time. Just my $.05

Thanks Guys,
I try, but BMW change the pricing so regularly sometimes you win and can do deals other times you cannot. Currently the pricing have gone crazy, most of it has gone up substantially, and i have to negotiate hard for the pricing i get so i can share for you guys. The dealers have the ability to do deals so push hard. |

[QUOTE=BMW86;5368513]I'd definitely be keen for something around the $800. Do you have any more info on this manufacturer? I'd love to make this happen.]
When I spoke to them last year the price was based on 6 or more units, which shouldnt be a problem now considering the amount of 1er's on this forum.. I am in for a group buy if anyone is interested.. This is the web site FYI http://www.ccubed.com.au/ |

All we need is someone who has a spare OEM rear diffuser (To use as a mould for fitment) or someone who can do without it for a couple of weeks or so..
Sample of their work.. |

I'd be interested too, providing the price doesn't blow out.

Ok..Seems like a bit of interest.
If I have time this Saturday will visit them in person and get a more approx pricing.. Will also take some close up pix of the BMW CF diffuser from the BMW performance catalogue to see if they can do a close enough copy and we will go from there.. UNLESS someone on the forum like Andrew at Southern BM can take a close up photo for us of his CF diffuser on his new toy.. |
