Anyone got a spare set of runflats tyres or similar lying around they want to get rid of?
(just the tyres)

Melbourne area, 130i with 18" 208M rims. I believe they can generally take the same size as 135i tyres.

Currently I have fronts 225/40 R18 fronts and 245/35 R18 rear.

If you have a pre-LCI 130i, the rear rims are 8.0" as opposed to 8.5" in the LCI 130i and 135i, so be careful not to put a 255-section rear on the 8.0" rim. On another note, I'd recommend ditching the runflats as normal tyres (e.g. Michelin PSS) perform and ride much better

Interesting you mention that, my 130i LCI has the 208m's and the rears are only 8" wide.

An enquiry with the BMW spare parts department over here in Perth said there was no trace of any 8.5" 208m available in Aus....

I picked up a set of LCI 208m and the rears were definitely 8.5 I used them on my 130i on the rear and put the 8.0 on the front.

The 1 series LCI spec sheet and glossy both specify 8.5

Cheers

Brian

WTB e82 interior trim.

Prefer silver but, carbon can also be an option for the right price.
