Best dealer in tri state area to have turbo recall addressed

Have a 2008 w only 49,000 miles. Getting wastegate rattle though it's perfoming well. Come 2016 my recall warranty is up. Disconnected my COBB, going to put on my stock DPs and stock axle back. What dealer in area will address my issue hassle free? I've been through hell in past with dealers (other auto brands) fixing parts on fully stock vehicle so I'm a bit worried.

Want these turbos replaced asap so I can install my intercooler and charge pipe.

I had mine done at Habberstad after Hassel tried to bullshit me. Theyre one of your better options.

recall warranty? turbos are covered under 8 years/82k miles. 8 years from in service date, so you might want to double check that. your best bet is rallye though.

I had the turbos replaced for the same wastegate rattle at Wide World BMW in spring valley. No issues.
