I have had this service offered to me due to BMWs lack of competence during previous times when I have gone in to the dealership. I haven't taken up the offer because I simply don't want some guy to drive my car around. The driver I had for a lift to uni was crazy. We're in an X5, he's on his iPhone, fiddling with radio/aircon, driving with one hand, can barely keep it in a lane, not watching traffic and almost driving into people, risky right turns, running through late amber lights... not a pleasant experience. I do not want this type person driving my car...

plus BMW sydney and mclaren f1 a while back??

I'd definitely consider buying a Lexus over a BMW if/when we need a sedan. Bang for your buck and awesome service sound good to me!
