Seems like the 2 Sydney dealers north of the bridge are hopeless on customer treatment. |

Sylvania BMW wins easily for me for the following reasons
1. no hesitation at starting price negotiations from the RRP, no other dealer has initiated that in my experience 2. always wash and vac my car when its serviced, oil change price is reasonable enough to not be bothered doing it yourself 3. some lady with a hot voice rings me and makes sure i am happy and if anything more needs to be done to my car after every visit 4. they don't try and fail to be posh or up themselves like other dealerships and when it comes to test drives they let me take a 135i out by myself before buying with no contract just DL 5. oh yeah and some of the sales girls come under the pure foods act...seriously. i recommend sylvania to any of you northern and eastern suburb residents that are brave enough to venture south of the airport, its really not that scary down this way |

Only had good experiences as BMW Sydney with the people I have been dealing with both in sales and service. If you want some names PM me
OT had the car in the panel shop for a few days earlier this week after somebody else was practicing their 'Braille' parking and had a Lexus IS250 for a loaner ...... makes me appreciate the 1'er all the more

Well...it certainly depends on how you define 'service'
