Price is $625 shipped within the continental US. If you have xenons currently they are plug and play. I had to modify my wiring harness since my car was halogen.

Okay so, I got a 2012 135i, am I going to be able to use this? I got Xenons and my current headlight is adaptive, but I want the euro corners that's why I'm kinda considering but I'm entirely sure if its possible.

Yes, but keep in mind these are pre-lci (do not have the "brow" at the top). I prefer these over the lcis, but that is my opinion. The clean look w/o the amber is merely a bonus. I replaced the stock yellow bulbs with stealths to get rid of the 'yoke' effect in the corners.

Yes, they are the euro-spec lights sourced from Germany. Manufactured by Valeo (oem supplier).

More information pls on what this needs to work on a 128i

Also, does the lack of Adaptive make them annoying or disruptive to the oncoming traffic??

Depends on the stock lights (halogen or xenon). If xenon, they are plug and play. I had a halogen car so a capacitor was added to stabilize the voltage. The high beams are operated by a shutter mechanism (the pin/wire needs to be moved to the second row in the plug). Can walk you through the process, it is relatively simple. The bumper was the biggest pita. Germans used 30+ screws to attach it to the front of the car.

My car was halogen as well. I added the add'l ground req for xenons using factory parts. Moved the pin for the high beams to enable the shutter mechanism. The only other modification was a capacitor added in-line with the power from the factory harness. Was a clean install as I am ocd when it comes to wiring (used to install car stereo back in the day).
