2A13 code and fuel smell in cabin

I swear it just never fucking ends with this car. Every week all I do is throw money at it to replace a part thats failed. Yeah, it's 8 years old but I maintain it very very well. Last week I had my radiator replaced because it was leaking at inlet and threw a LPFP code for the sensor. While the LPFP code was being fixed the tech mentioned that I threw another code for 2A13 (Diagnostics Module Tank Leakage). I put it off for a couple weeks until yesterday I started smelling fuel in the cabin. Fuel smell goes away when I move forward, but very strong when I'm idle. I researched all over and replaced the DMTL pump ($262). It took me no time to swap it out and test drive the car. Car ran much better, cleared the code, however the cabin still has a strong fuel smell when idle. Am I overlooking something?

Might have to remove the rear seat and see if fuel vapours are leaking from the tank. There's a fuel pump on one side and fuel pressure regulator/fuel filter on the other side.
Both have top hats which have gaskets which could be leaking in your case.
