DSC activating when car full

hey all,
I had a car full of people and luggage in my 130i heading down to portsea over the long weekend and the DSC light began flashing, and the engine had reduced power. It happened when i was going about 90kmph in a straight line, on a dry road, with zero throttle.
To rectify the issue I held down DSC until it turned off, then I turned it back on, seemed to be OK after that.

Anyone had this issue before?

Definitely get it checked, I've never had that. Could
be a precursor to the CZL failing, which took out my DTC.

you wouldn't think it could be weight related but I guess anything is possible. I would get it checked out regardless.

It's actually SZL, supposed to be some kind of switch that controls, ABS, DTC, Hill Hold Assist and the side indicators. Supposed to be a pretty common fault with BMW.

Just get it checked out, your's might be nothing since it stopped.
