Got to admit it's hard to tell the difference visually between the Scorpione and BMWP diffuser. I imagine it's carbon wrap rather than full CF?

I doubt it would be carbon wrap, more like FG with a CF underlay?

Certainly looks good! If I meet you in person Ian I'd be keen to check out the fitment.

Ianf2002, the diffuser looks the bus. Really makes me want the same.

Would love to hear a review of the Quaife as well. Keen to know if you think it makes enough difference to justify the price..

Hi guys, both versions of those diffusers look good. How does the mesh appear close up? Is the quality ok?

Sparkling Red, how was the fitment of the ebay one?

That scorpione one looks pretty damn good. Just wondering why they changed the orientation of the mesh for the side bits?

May I ask which eBay reseller you got this one off? Is that a Boca or Scorpione one? It looks different to Sparkling Red's Boca eBay one as it's only got 2 fins in the middle. How was the fit and finish of this piece?

The diffuser is Boca one. I order it from directparts4u on ebay. I dont think they sell any more. No harm trying anyway. Good luck.

The fitment wasn't bad. As you can see, the alignmet is not 100%. With the price, who cares..............

I bought my carbon diffuser from JC Sportline on Ebay, waited 2-months for it..... FINALLY got it, tried fitting it this weekend and to my horror realised it was about 1 inch to short on both sides. No where near wide enough to fit properly!

After a few abusive e-mails I am now sending it back for a full refund.

PS: Nobody use these guys http://myworld.ebay.com.au/jcsportli...84.m1439.l2754

It seems as though If your gonna go cheap with the diffuser the safest bet is the Boca or Scorpione branded ones.

Thanks for the warning. It seems like eBay diffusers are way to inconsistent interms of quality. I think Scorpione is the best value-for-money option.

Also I'm glad you got a refund.

Yeah they seemed quite shocked at the fact that it didnt fit, I sent them photos and everything to proove it. They did claim that they have not had an unhappy diffuser customer, so maybe I am the unlucky one here.

I havent got my refund yet, they will obviously wait to see the diffuser return before I actually get my money. (Fingers Crossed)
