you should have done the ADV5.0 with matte bronze face and gloss black barrel...that set up you picked has a very similar spoke design to mine haha.

Congrats! I bet these are going to look great, but did he tell you exactly what the offset is that you're getting? I have the same width on my car, and a very aggressive offset, so I was just wondering how the offset they're giving you would compare.
We keep out offsets "in house" info. It's pretty much the only intellectual property a wheel company has.

What size tires do you run? And do you ever have rubbing?

Ah shit, I didn't even realize that. I always thought your wheels were different.

Haha yes, all the time. Rear is 37mm front is 25mm. The front doesn't rub but the rear is bad. Tire sizes are 245/35 and 215/40

Seriously?!? Shit. Adam (Amg135) said he doesn't rub and he runs 265s in the rear

Its all about the offset, that's the only reason I rub. What is Adam's offset in the rear?

Really? because I'd never buy wheels if I didn't know their offsets. I thought intellectual property would probably be more along the lines of forging/casting methods, or other things that go into making the wheel, not some measurements the pretty much EVERY SINGLE OTHER wheel company offers up as normal info on the wheels, much like the width or diameter.

FYI, ADV.1 wheels are made in Garden Grove, CA.

Also, most custom wheel companies don't release their offsets unless it's CCW.

HRE and DPE do not release their offsets. Are ADV1 Wheels truly forged? I thought their barrels and faces were cast like HRE, DPE, and iForged

So do they release their offset info to people who are going to buy their wheels before the people make their final decision on the matter? If not, I stand by what I said. I don't care if HRE DPE and iForged don't release their offset info either. I want to know my offsets.

Forged from soup to nuts. 6061 Aluminum. U.S. made. We could save a thousand bucks a set if we sourced our parts overseas but we don't. Stainless steel fasteners, not crappy zinc ones that rust and snap. You won't find higher quality parts on a wheel short of the space shuttle.

Kevin, in certain cases we can release the offsets when money is down on an order but we don't typically run the same offsets as our competition and a lot of R&D goes into our fitments to get the perfect flush fitment. We used to release offsets publicly and then would find them on our competition's products within a month... funny how that works. I'm sure you can see where we are coming from but I understand your concerns as well.

We handle the issue on a case by case basis but as a general rule of thumb most times it's not necessary or required as long as our clients are happy with a flush, aggressive fitment. If someone came to us with an order and a request such as yours of course we would accommodate them.

Okay, that's different than how I was understanding it to begin with, and that makes sense. Thanks for clearing it up.

5 minutes with a tape measurer will give you the offset.
