FS: APEX 17x8.5 ET40 with 245/40 Hankook RS3s
I'm pretty motivated to sell these, but still exploring options. For sale are my APEX 17x8.5 ET40 wheels in Hyper Silver. They are wrapped in Hankook RS3s in 245/40 size. Tires were bought last September, saw approximately 50 autocross runs. Stored in climate controlled area over winter. The wheels also have functional TPMS sensors for LCI cars. I'll take pictures to post them up here, but the wheels are currently dirty. Please bear with me. Wheels were bought last year at the beginning of the season, they have been carried on the car and mounted at the autocross events. This means NO ROAD MILEAGE, EVER. These wheels are seriously flawless condition. Couple stone knicks from rocks being kicked up. However no curb rash or other damage. Tires have ample tread. Asking $1,600 Shipped OBO. Full package out the door for me was over $2,000 Seriously, basically brand new tires and wheels here guys. Cannot go wrong. Feel free to post any questions or PM me Last edited by Kgolf31; 05-25-2015 at 10:56 AM.. |

As far as wheel fitment, the wheel itself will stick out an extra 11mm at ET40. I ran up to ET35 and had no issues. This year around when I threw the tires on 1 event I ran ET40 with no issues due to me running the ride height a bit higher and avoiding rubbing on the perch. 225 Hoosier are WIDE tires, they kind of mimic a 245 width street tire. With -2.5 camber you "should" have no issues. As reference, I ran -3* ET35 beginning of last year with no fenders rubbed and didn't have issues either. |
